The courses presented by our institute are designed to teach you how to practically manage, reset and balance your nervous system during times of high stress and emotion. Following is a guide to what is possible when you begin your healing work.

Emotional Repatterning:

Talk Therapy (Also Known as Psychotherapy):

  • Is a cognitive, conversational and emotional process where people discuss their thoughts behaviors and past experiences with a licensed therapist to gain insight, process emotions and develop coping strategies
  • Mental understanding of issues -typically works through mind and language
  • Best suited for those who prefer talking and analyzing experiences with professional support
  • Talk therapy helps you understand and process your emotions through conversation, insight and reflection
  • Is often used to work through trauma narratives
  • Your safety, emotional, physical and energetic integrity is safe, sacred and respected here. You are always in control, we move at your pace and you are welcome to pause, ask questions or stop the session at any time, your boundaries will always be respected and welcomed
  • We work together to clear blocks and promote emotional release that may be clouding your connection to your intuition, purpose, inner guidance to create space for soul remembrance and alignment with your higher self especially during spiritual awakenings or life transitions (such as divorce, grief, identity shifts.)
  • When scheduling, allow for five or six hours of quiet time after the session for integration
  • Integration is vital part of the process, we recommend: drinking water, journaling any insights or feelings, resting or spending time in nature, avoiding overstimulation, trusting what your body and spirit need in the days that follow
  • Quiet time includes: no electronics, cell phones, computer/television, loud music or noise—all natural organic alone time is recommended to achieve best results
  • Scheduling an evening session before bed can sometimes ensure the success of fulfilling this requirement

  • Healing trauma is not one-size-fits-all. Some people feel the shift after just one or two sessions, while others choose to work together over several weeks or months as deeper layers unfold
  • It depends on what you are working through (trauma, grief, transition, etc.) And how long it has been held in your body your energy field and your readiness to shift emotionally or spiritually
